Refund Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Ambrose Web Tech provides website design, website management, maintenance, consulting, monthly MSP website security services, and related digital services. Because these services involve time, labor, planning, technical work, strategy, access setup, security review, and custom deliverables, all payments are final unless otherwise required by law.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Ambrose Web Tech does not offer refunds for website design services, website management services, monthly MSP services, maintenance plans, consulting, setup fees, deposits, project retainers, completed work, partially completed work, or subscription/service periods that have begun.
2. Monthly MSP and Management Services
Monthly website security MSP, maintenance, and management services are billed for reserved service access, monitoring, availability, administrative support, technical review, updates, and ongoing care. Payments for active or past billing periods are non-refundable.
3. Project Deposits and Setup Fees
Deposits, setup fees, onboarding fees, planning fees, discovery fees, and retainers are non-refundable. These payments secure time, resources, and project capacity.
4. Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of recurring services according to the terms of their agreement or invoice. Cancellation stops future billing when properly processed, but it does not create a refund for previous payments, current billing periods, or work already started.
5. Custom Work and Digital Deliverables
Website builds, revisions, designs, development tasks, updates, audits, reports, strategy work, and other digital deliverables are custom services. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable.
6. Service Issues
If you believe there is an issue with a service, contact us so we can review the matter and determine whether correction, support, or continued work is appropriate under the service agreement.
