Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ambrose Web Tech website and services. By accessing this website, requesting a quote, purchasing services, or working with Ambrose Web Tech, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Ambrose Web Tech provides website design, website management, website maintenance, monthly MSP website security services, consulting, performance support, content updates, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and service details may be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, agreement, or written communication.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, requested content, approvals, account access, platform credentials, images, brand materials, and other items needed to complete services. Delays in receiving required information or approvals may delay project timelines.
3. Payments
Payment terms are provided in the applicable invoice, proposal, agreement, or checkout process. Ambrose Web Tech may require deposits, setup fees, retainers, recurring monthly payments, or full payment before work begins or continues. Late or failed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, suspension of support, or service interruption.
4. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.
5. Monthly Services and Cancellation
Monthly website management, maintenance, and MSP security services are recurring services. Clients may request cancellation according to the applicable agreement or billing terms. Cancellation stops future billing once processed, but does not refund prior payments or the current active service period.
6. Website Security Services
Security services may include monitoring, updates, backups, vulnerability awareness, hardening, maintenance, and support recommendations. No website, server, plugin, theme, platform, or digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Ambrose Web Tech does not guarantee that a website will never experience downtime, malware, hacking, data loss, technical errors, or third-party platform issues.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Websites may rely on third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, content management systems, plugins, themes, payment processors, analytics tools, email platforms, and integrations. Ambrose Web Tech is not responsible for failures, outages, price changes, policy changes, data loss, or security incidents caused by third-party services.
8. Client Content and Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, copy, logos, media, products, claims, policies, and business practices they provide or approve are lawful, accurate, properly licensed, and do not infringe the rights of others. Clients are responsible for their own legal, tax, privacy, accessibility, industry, and regulatory compliance requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients retain ownership of content, logos, images, and materials they provide. Ambrose Web Tech retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, methods, code libraries, processes, and know-how. Final ownership or usage rights for custom deliverables may depend on the written agreement and full payment of all amounts due.
10. Revisions and Scope Changes
Project scope, revision limits, timelines, and deliverables may be defined in a proposal or agreement. Requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambrose Web Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, downtime, search ranking changes, platform issues, or security incidents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site functionality, upload malicious code, scrape content unlawfully, or use the website for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.
